How long have you worked for Tru-Test Group?

I started in July 2008, so coming up on seven years.

How do you think your co-workers would describe you?

That’s a tough one. I’d like to think they see me as enthusiastic, a bit of a funny bloke and (hopefully) someone who tries hard to get the job done.

What do you love about working for Tru-Test Group?

There are many things I love about my job and the company!

The company is family oriented, which stands well to me as my family is very important, especially more so now that I have a young son.

My work is very autonomous. I am given the tools I need to do my job as well as encouraged to make my own decisions, followed by the support to stand by them.

Employee development is at the core of Tru-Test Group’s philosophy and that was highlighted for me when they offered to sponsor my further education (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration).

We produce market leading products.

Within the organisation there are opportunities for growth and career advancement, not just vertically but horizontally as well. In my time at Tru-Test Group there have been already been several opportunities arise that has seen my role evolve and progressed my career forward.

What would you say to someone who is looking to join our team?

Don’t under estimate Tru-Test Group. Our product range might not be “sexy” like some companies out there, however in terms of technology and innovation within our industry we are the ones who set the bar.
